Return & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Items are missing from the package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via:

Provide your order number, issue details, and supporting photos if applicable.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange for a pickup, or request you to send the product to our address.

  • After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund/replacement.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery or non-refundable methods, we will request bank details for NEFT/IMPS.

5. Replacements

In case of damaged or defective products, a replacement may be offered based on your preference and availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior communication

  • Bulk or custom orders, unless damaged or defective

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
To cancel, contact us immediately via phone.

Once shipped, the order is subject to the Returns Policy above.
